We will gauge interest and recommend activities accordingly. However, people are free to follow their own interests, there is a lot to do in the Cradle and the Magaliesberg. For example:
- Hiking
- Horse riding
- Incendo gin farm
- Hartebeespoort snake and animal park
- Van Gaalen cheese factory
- Spelunking (caving) at Bat cave. This involves abseiling into the cave and squeezing through some tight spaces.
Costs
The estimated cost for the three nights of accommodation is R 5 350 for a single person and R 6 400 for two people sharing.
Depending on the activities chosen, one should budget approximately R3750 for the activities. This can be reduced by selecting activities more prudently. Booking for many of these activities will be essential. These arrangements will be made once the numbers have been confirmed.
